The cameras cut back to the entrance to the arena, hundreds of fans either still queuing to get into the arena, or eagerly awaiting one of their personal favourites to arrive by the competitor’s entrance. The fans are all discussing what they are looking forward to loudly some starting little chants and singing songs in the queue, plotting out what they want to roar during the event and some still comparing homemade signs, with both positive and negative messages for particular SAP stars. Several members of the press are also gathered, many of them not those who had been allowed into the building for the event, or the unlucky few who had been simply assigned to try and strike an interview with a wrestler as they arrived at the building.
There is a loud commotion as one of these stars begins to make their way through the throng of people, the groups parting like the red sea as he navigates through them like a master commander of the open waves. Brendan Samuels, the SAP National Champion, wheels his suitcase through the crowds, his glistening prize over his shoulder, whilst it is clear his Twin City Interstate gold is also on his procession. He utters not a word as nigh on each and every fan welcomes him, the male audience breaking out a “His Name Is Brendan” chant, while women flocked to him for autographs, pictures, any chance to touch him or kiss him upon the cheek. Brendan merely smiles, poses some without saying a word, signs a few autographs and carries on.
It is at this point that he hits the rock solid wall of press. The questions came thick and fast, but the smile didn’t waiver from Samuel’s face. “What are your thoughts about your title match tonight?”
“Do you think the odds are stacked against you against two of the biggest up and comers in SAP?”
“What do you think of the Tag Titles getting World recognition while your title is still classed as National?”
“Do you have anything to say about the reappearance of your brother in law, Jackson Magnum? He was presumed dead! Have you heard from your sister in regards to this?”
“With you soaring so high in SAP, what does this mean to your career in New Kingdom Pro? You have held little gold there?”
“Do you think tonight is your biggest challenge yet? Have we heard the last of you and Vince Steel? Of you and Brandon Banks?”
“What are your thoughts on Cosmo Cooper having so many matches in so many companies this weekend?”
“You’ve been largely silent about Jaser Cruz. Any thoughts?”
“Your relationship with Phoenix. You say it’s strictly professional, but there are many who say this has taken a personal, and maybe romantic twist to it? Do you have anything to say on the matter?”
“What does your girlfriend, Grace, think of your relationship with Phoenix?”
“What are your thoughts on the Face of SAP, Elijah Carlson, and his constant outpourings on Twitter about the state of the company?”
“Brendan… do you have anything to say?”
“Brendan?”
“Brendan?”
“Brendan?”
“Brendan?”
“Brendan?”
Samuels paused for a moment, the gathering of press surrounding him as flashbulbs went off around him, constant artificial light going on and on, over and over until he uttered one single thing. "I am the wrestling." The reporters freeze as he says this, those icicle eyes on his turning them all to stone as they hurriedly jot down the single thing that he has said to them.
Brendan suddenly turned to the crowd, lifting his belt high up in the air for all to see, bellowing out at the top of his lungs. “WHO IS YOUR CHAMPION? WHAT IS HIS NAME?!”
“HIS NAME IS BRENDAN!” the fans roared back like a tidal wave of noise washing upon the New York shores. Over and over again the crowd let their voices heard like mighty sirens. “His Name Is Brendan! His Name Is Brendan! His Name Is Brendan! His Name Is Brendan! His Name Is Brendan!” Samuels smiled at this, lowering his belt to his shoulder as he gave the crowd a wink, turning as he entered into the building and out of view.

A cameraman searches the halls backstage of the Theater in Madison Square Garden, looking for someone or something worthwhile to record. Turning the corner, the camera zooms in on "The Stiletto Knife" Chelsea Pryce, dressed in her ring attire and leaning against the wall. It's quite the contrast to the sexy black dress she wore on the Tim Horton's show in Ottawa, but she still looks gorgeous... and dangerous.
"Oh..."
She looks to the left and spots the recording camera nearby. A smile crosses her face and she raises her left hand, beckoning with a finger.
"Don't be afraid, young man. Come a little closer. I promise I won't bite... too hard."
A chuckle escapes her. It's uncertain whether or not that's a joke, but the cameraman does come close and the camera zooms out to capture her full form.
"I can't guarantee your safety against Allen, though."
The cameraman suddenly stops moving and slowly the camera pans over...
"Chomp chomp."
The camera turns to find Allen Chaney in his Watchmen 'Smiley face' tee and his ring gear.
"The Comedian and The Stiletto Knife. Never before has there been a team with such little regard for the suffering of their opponents. Frankly, you'd be lucky to leave a match with either of us with the same amount of limbs so I wouldn't have any misplaced hopes about walking away from this one with a win if I were a part of the 'Pretty Committee' and a quick look at my face should tell you that I am most certainly not. I'm more of a...ruggedly handsome kinda guy."
He takes a moment to run his hand through his beard.
"I'd say you're more than a ruggedly handsome guy."
She smiles at him before she regards the camera. She seems so friendly, playful, and yet...
"Veronica Taylor and Bianca Davis. The Pretty Committee. Yes, I know who you are. I'm sure I've seen you both in the modeling industry, working on photo shoots and sauntering on the runway, but there's nothing impressive about either one of you. The cameras don't love you. Directors and producers find you both "almost impossible to work with" because of your drama tween attitudes. I know what you're thinking. I can hear it in your whiny, bitchy voices, saying "I'm too old to be a model, I don't have what it takes to be a wrestler anymore". Please..."
She runs her left hand through her hair and her eyes give a cold, lethal glare towards the camera.
"If this were a handicapped match, I'd defeat you both with the simplest of ease. Unfortunately for you, this is a tag-team match, and, well... your destruction is at hand. Allen's not afraid to hit a woman, much less two little bitches crying for attention. It's funny. There are moments where I've held back the urge to slap another model during group work. Now I can legally hurt two "models" and make their lives a living... breathing... Hell."
Allen stifles a dark chuckle.
"I'm an equal opportunity ass-kicker when it comes to this business and I will give the both of you the Punchline without batting an eye. By the time Chelsea and I are through with you, they'll have to call you guys the 'Pity Committee' as everyone just shakes their head and says 'what a shame' when they remember what you used to look like compared to the mangled remains of your faces after we're through with you. In case you haven't got the memo on what I'm all about, I wrote it on Wally Lee's face when I clotheslined it off of his skull. I'm looking to continue my winning ways in SAP and if anyone has any issues with that they can kiss the fattest part of my ass."
He folds his arms across his chest. Chelsea looks back to her tag-team partner and raises an eyebrow.
"Allen, dear, you are way too hard on yourself."
She "walks" her left hand's index and middle fingers along his arm, his shoulder, and then she places her fingertips over his lips.
"I do, however, like your killer instinct. Let's set the bar high for the show, hmm~?"
Allen visibly shivers at the touch of 'The Ice Queen'.
"Work them over real good til it's time to send it home. Set-up...Punchline."
He says this with a smirk on his face.
"Of course. There's always a price to pay..."
With confidence, she displays a smirk of her own. She lowers her hand and intentionally leads the way towards ringside. Allen watches intently as Chelsea 'leads the way', his gaze aimed fairly low as he follows after her and the scene fades to black.

Pryce & Chaney vs. Pretty Committee
The bell rings and Chelsea starts the match with Veronica. The two go to lock up but Veronica side steps Chelsea and grabs her by the hair and slams her to the mat. Pryce didn’t look happy as she got back to her feet and lunged taking down Veronica with a lariat takedown followed up by a chin lock. Bianca came in and made the break and laid a few extra stomps on Chelsea before heading to her corner. Veronica used this time to get over and tag in Bianca. Pryce was getting to her feet when Bianca whipped her into the ropes. Pryce ducked a clothesline attempt from Bianca and rebounded catching her with a forearm. Davis hit the mat and Pryce made the tag in to Chaney. Allen scooped up Bianca and landed a pumphandle slam followed by a jumping fist drop. He went for the cover but Veronica broke it up. Chelsea entered the ring and went right after Veronica and they spilled to the outside. Chaney and Bianca exchanged some blows but Allen took the lead. Chaney wasn’t fooling around and he hit Davis with a boot to the gut followed by hitting “The Punchline“ (Lifting Leg Hook Inverted Brainbuster). Chaney went for the cover and got the three count.
Winners: Pryce & Chaney

The scene opens up to the two BGTL members, Claire and Ximena. And boy, Claire does not look amused. Not one bit. Ximena is, as always, much calmer, much more pragmatic than her hot-headed partner but even she seems upset as she stands against the wall of their locker room with her arms crossed. Claire is pacing from wall to wall in front of the camera, hitting it with a closed fist every time she gets to the end.
Eventually she stops in the middle of the room and looks at the camera, addressing it.
Claire: We. Are. Not!!!! An afterthought!
She snarls it, forcing the words through her teeth.
Ximena pushes her back off the wall and goes to stand next to Claire, who is almost an entire foot shorter.
Ximena: Last show… we came up short. #RAWGRAPS got the better of us. That’s something we can’t deny. They were the first ever team to pin us in two-on-two competition. The first ones to ever put an L in the column that was on our own damn heads. But make no mistake about it; even though Cosmo and Michael are two of the most talented individuals on the face of the Earth, we’re not happy. People say that there are lessons to be learned in defeat. But last time out, we learned nothing except for the fact that we were defeated. When you’re close to a breakthrough, it would be foolish to assume that every setback imparts wisdom. It would be stupid to think that we’re a better team now that we have finally been conquered. All that matters now, is getting back to where we were headed: on the track to the World Tag Titles!
Claire nods and points at the camera.
Claire: SATSUJIN! Now don’t get me wrong, I used to like you. Maybe I even still do. But tonight you’ll be unfortunate victims as we get back the momentum that was taken from us. We’re going to run through you like a freight train on crack and show everybody that we are NOT here to play second or third fiddle. We’ve fought hard to help restore this tag division to one of the best in the world. And right now? It’s lit beyond belief. But what blows my marbles like a fifty cent skank? It’s how I see others cut in line. #RAWGRAPS. Eli and Genie. CJ and Celeste. Shit, even Manny and Trixie are about to team up now! And probably a bunch of others who think the world owes it to them to wipe their ass and thank ‘em for the privilege. But nuh-uh. We ain’t going down that easily. We ain’t going down like that. Tonight we prove that we belong. That we ain’t an afterthought. And that any team that stands in our way to the end goal is gonna have one hell of a fight on their hands. It starts tonight. It starts with Satsujin. You guys fucked us over last time we teamed up. Y’alls weakness cost us a win. Now it’s time to pay the price, and for us to prove unequivocally that we’re better than you!
Claire takes a deep breath, her rant seemingly over. Ximena steps in again.
Ximena: It’s easy to underestimate us. But if you do that, even once, it’ll be the biggest mistake you’ll make that night. We ain’t backing down. Expect us.
Claire: Because Bitches. Gots. To. Learn! BGTL… Out!

BGTL vs. Satsujin
As soon as the match started Ximena took control of Cappadonna. Anytime Cappadonna tried to use anything to help her situation, including her signature striking ability, Ximena had an answer and was very quick to execute. Ximena had her trapped in the corner at one point hitting her with a series of chops before pulling her out for a swinging side walk slam. Chang finally had enough and tried to intervene but Claire came off the top rope with a missile dropkick that caught her right in the jaw and sent her rolling to the outside. Ximena and Claire’s eyes met and they nodded to each other. Ximena lifted Cappadonna up for a burning hammer while Claire beaded back for the top rope and leapt hitting a leg drop sending Cappadonna crashing to the mat. Ximena went for the cover and got the three count.
Winners: BGTL

The door to Marisol’s office opens, Roxanne and Foxanne are the first to walk through followed by Luca Di Paolo wearing his glittering robe as he is only moments away from his match. A wide smile is on the Italians face as he looks down at Marisol who is sitting at her desk.
Luca: Marisol, I just wanted to inform you that the “Prettiest face in SAP” is on his way to the ring. I felt it was important for you to know forehand so you don’t get scared from the thunderous reaction I’m going to receive from the crowd.
Marisol Marniceau looks up from going through the documents for next month’s budget and is actually amused at Luca’s words. Roxanne and Foxanne both place their hands on their curvy hips and pose for dramatic effect.
Marisol Marniceau: Well I… guess I should be saying thank you? I am happy you have decided to stop by because I feel that you have been overlooked and put down too many times by people who believe that they are better than you. But know that I have been keeping my eye on you.
Luca looks honestly surprised. His eyes then move back and forth between the two women.
Luca: You hear that ladies? Miss Marniceau realizes what talent is being wasted here before her. The rest of this roster is beneath me when it comes to talent and looks and I’m going to show just a shred of that tonight when I put Desiree Jenkins down. Then maybe you should join us for a meeting on how SAP can truly represent it's brightest star.
Marisol Marniceau: Hmmmm a meeting…. I believe that I can arrange that. Pulling together all of the stars that are being walked on like doormats when they deserve better recognition… I like that. I will certainly then think of something and plan for this to come to happen very soon. Just continue putting in the hard work and know that you will be rewarded for it.
Luca raises a brow and then smiles, his arms wrap around Roxanne and Foxanne.
Luca: Very well. That it what I shall do. Let’s go my beauties, I’ve got a match to win.
Marisol watches Luca exits with his arm candy before looking back down once the door is shut, needing to focus on finishing looking through the budget but is suddenly distracted by deciding who all she wanted at this meeting.

Luca Di Paolo vs. Desiree Jenkins
The bell rang and Luca was quick to try and avoid Desy. Everytime she went towards him he would circle her. Foxanne then jumped up onto the apron which caught the distraction of the ref and Desiree as she turned around to yell at her. Luca struck and hit her in the back with an axe handle that dropped her to the mat. Luca then laid the boots to her before picking her up and whipping her into the ropes. Luca went for a right hand but Desy ducked under it and rebounded to hit Luca with a crossbody. She hooked the leg and tried to get a quick pin but Di Paolo kicked out. Desy picked up Luca and whipped him into the corner. She charged in but Luca side stepped her and shoved her through the ropes sending her shoulder first into the turnbuckle post. Jenkins came back into the ring holding her shoulder in pain and Luca sent her to the mat quickly with a snap suplex. Di Paolo wasted no time and quickly puts Jenkins in “La strada per oro” (AT Lock). Desy tries to hold out but can only do it for so long before she taps out.
Winner: Luca Di Paolo

The energy of the Manhattan fans is high as Night Two of “Don’t Drink From the Hudson” continues. The flickering of the Tron captures their attention as they’re shown the backstage area of the Theater in Madison Square Garden. The camera reveals “The Paladin” Jessica Sears and the fans are going wild with loud cheers!
She’s dressed in her nerdy ring attire from head to toe, seated on an amp with her hands folded on her lap. There’s pure determination in her soft blue eyes as she takes slow, deep breaths. Her body language is poised, but despite this, she seems a little nervous. She looks up as Victor Mason makes his appearance, suit and tie, logical and professional. He extends his right hand towards her and nods.
Victor Mason: “The time has come, Jessica.”
She looks at his hand for a moment, her eyes lulling halfway, and she takes it. She allows him to pull her up and she stands on her feet now, his hand still holding hers.
Jessica Sears: “From Manhattan to Madrid… and then back to Manhattan. The jet lag is real.”
He chuckles softly, reaches up with his left hand, and gently moves a few locks of her blonde hair behind her right ear. He then places his hand on her right cheek and looks into her eyes.
Victor Mason: “Oh, it is. But your victory in Madrid has reconstructed your confidence. I can see a little nervousness in you, but more than anything, I see your determination. Queens may be your hometown, however, you are currently living in Manhattan.”
From the live audience, the fans burst with cheers for the mention of their city, the same city Jessica currently resides in. A confident smile crosses Victor’s face.
Victor Mason: “Tonight, you finally have your rightful opportunity to become a champion again. I understand Andre Holmes wishes to set new records in this company. However, he will not be successful in his quest for glory. The stage is yours and this is your time to shine. Regardless of the technicalities, you do have the home field advantage. All of New York City is behind you. As Adrien Cochrane would say, I believe in you. We all do.”
Another camera switches the perspective to show off an entire row of Jessica’s family and friends in attendance. They start a “Level Up Jessica!” chant for the entire audience to reciprocate. This goes for a little while longer before they see her own confident smile.
Jessica Sears: “Thank you.”
She looks towards the camera and bows her head.
Jessica Sears: “All of you. My family, my friends, and my fans… Tonight, I’m bringing the Spirit and Pride X Championship HOME.”
Before she can say anything else, Victor’s left hand settles under her chin. He lifts Jessica’s head up, leans in, and captures her lips in a deep, loving kiss in front of the camera. The fans in attendance cheer and whistle aloud as she laces their fingers together and places her left hand on the side of his face. His left arm wraps around her waist and he pulls her close in their embrace. After a touching moment, they slowly break the kiss and smile at each other.
Victor Mason: “Game on, Supergirl.”
The two of them make their way towards ringside, hand-in-hand, two of hearts.

Aleks Parker: Tonight, my next guest will take part in a no disqualification tag team match up, which will sure be a match that you will not want to miss. Please welcome, CJ Cross!
Hearing his name and seeing him walk into the camera view brings cheers from the fans. Once the noise dies down a bit, Parker begins to speak up once again.
Aleks: CJ, the last time we saw you, Eli and Genie did a number on you guys. How are you feeling?
CJ: I am doing just fine, it is going to take a lot more than a couple of cheap shots to keep me down.
Aleks: I would not expect any less of a response from a SAP superstar.
CJ: Well it is true, and I also am beginning to see a repeating pattern here with these two.
Aleks: And that would be?
CJ: It seems they are much more scared of Celeste and I than they let on. Take a few shows ago when Celeste was facing off against Genie. Not only did she do everything she could to cheat to a win, but Eli got some cheap shots in on me in the back and stopped me from saving Celeste.
CJ pauses for a moment after saying those words as all of that does not sit well with him. Not being able to go down to the ring and stop the pain Celeste was going through.
CJ: Then take last show, Celeste and I were on our way to winning the tag team titles when Eli and Genie had to come through the crowd to launch another one of their famous sneak attacks on us and cost us the match.
Boos begin to be audible from the arena which makes CJ pause for a moment again before continuing to speak again.
CJ: Then they think they are cute by standing over us and sharing a kiss over us like they were celebrating something.
Aleks: Well tonight in a no disqualification match, there will not be anything labeled as a cheap shot... Anything goes.
CJ: And that is what is going to be great about tonight. Celeste and I try our best to play by the rules. We are not like the Carlson's or the Reed's. We go out there and try our best to win matches with our ability. Though, for tonight we can lower ourselves to their level.
It was an environment that neither one of them were used to. Sure CJ has been in a few extreme matches, but not enough to gain the experience Eli and Genie would have in high profile matches like this.
CJ: As you noted, anything will be legal tonight. We are going to be pulling out all the steps and allow history to repeat itself.
Aleks: You talking about how the last time you guys faced off in the ring...
CJ: Yes, we won!
Conner turns his attention from Aleks and over towards the camera as he leans into it like he is looking directly at the Carlson's.
CJ: Eli, Genie... I know you are both probably sitting back and listening to everything I am saying and rolling your eyes. You seem to think that you are better than everyone. Well I hope you bring that over confidence to the ring with you guys tonight. WHEN Celeste and I pick up the win tonight, the win is going to be that much more sweeter. Knowing that we not only overcome from being the underdogs, but also knowing that we knocked you both down a peg or two. Make sure before you walk out of that locker room Eli, you give your wife of yours one more kiss. It is really going to be hard to kiss when you both are a coma!
CJ glares into the camera for a few more seconds before he pushes the camera away from him before walking off away from the interview. The scene stays on the off focused camera angle for a moment before fading away to black.

Mariano Fernandez vs. Trixie
Mariano came in hot at the start of the match after a respectful handshake with Trixie before the bell rang, he was clearly taking her very seriously as he struck hard early on with his Spinning Wheel Kick! Trixie tumbled to the mat but recovered fast and swept Manny’s legs, putting him down on the mat as she kipped up. As Manny got to his feet Trixie struck with a nicely done Shotgun Dropkick, and when he got up from that she hit a Sexy Neckbreaker (Split Legged Hangman Neckbreaker)! Things looked all Trixie but as she went for a Lateral Press Pin, Manny pressed her straight up in the air and tossed her to the side after two, and rolled to his feet. They traded a few more moves, at a good pace that the fans appreciated, but in the end Trixie’s strength was flagging after the multiple pin attempts split betwixt the two and she was caught in Fernandez’ Dovahkiin Driver (Vertical Suplex Piledriver) and he was handily able to pick up the one two three after that.
Winner: Mariano Fernandez

The scene opens up to show a man in shorts and a shirt sitting in a folding chair. A newspaper covers his face which makes it hard to see who it could be. The man then drops the paper to acknowledge the camera.
Mitch: Yeah, I still work here.
Mitch Parker then lifts the paper back up and the scene transitions to the next segment.

Before the X Championship begins, the broadcast fades into black as the beginning of a video package introduces the SAP ring in a dark warehouse. A light shines in the center displaying Andre Holmes in his in-ring attire with the leather black hoodie covering his face. The SAP X Championship belt hanging over his right shoulder and it zooms in closer to his body showcasing his confident smirk along with the tight grasp over his belt strap. A voice echoes around being his own.
Andre Holmes: “When you think of the X Division in SAP, you look at some of the best wrestlers in the company. When you look at the SAP X Champion, you see a man who took the division by storm and gave it the exposure it deserved.”
The first scene transitions into Andre Holmes making his official SAP debut when he faced against Mitch Parker and won in a dominating fashion. The roar of the audience, repeated cheers of his name and Andre standing on the middle turnbuckle of an unoccupied corner raising his arms in the air while screaming like a victorious viking.
Andre Holmes: “I came into SAP Wrestling to be the best and I saw a flaw in the system. A division where champions relied on the belt to become famous. What did I do?”
The next scene shows his first X Championship match where all past former champions stood in the ring along with him and a man dressed as the boogeyman. A shot shows Andre in his corner warming up for the match until the screen goes pitch black with his voice growing louder in an echoing format.
Andre Holmes: “I made them a thing of the past.”
A slow-motion picture of Andre scoring the pinfall before standing in the center of the ring with his arm raised by the referee. He then receives the X Championship belt as he goes to the ropes to proudly show off his hard-earned victory.
Andre Holmes “Ever since then, there’s been no one to throw me off my reign. I’ve been dominating on a four-win match streak and two defenses included. One of them being…”
The replay of Andre Holmes finishing Heidi Thompson with a Thrust Kick channels his first successful title defense.
Andre Holmes: “Heidi Thompson.”
And the second replay of Andre Holmes defeating Nora Harris in the Margarita Deathmatch.
Andre Holmes: “Nora Harris.”
Finally, a series of clips showing Andre’s entrance, his devoted participations with the SAP fanbase, his impressive striking and wrestling in the ring along with him showing off the SAP X Championship belt.
Andre Holmes: “I am the SAP X Champion who doesn’t back down from a fight and I am also a man who is relentless. Who can stop me?!”
From the center of the 300 Level seating in the Theater at Madison Square Garden, a different perspective of the video package shows “The Paladin” Jessica Sears sitting with her legs crossed at the front row. She’s dressed beautifully, an indigo purple asymmetrical dress that flows down to her ankles, her hair nicely brushed and styled back into a long braid, and a pair of black high heels. The camera focuses on her as she closes her eyes and takes a deep breath.
Jessica Sears: “A paladin never backs down from a challenge. When the gauntlet is thrown, they draw their weapons and prepare themselves for battle. I have been wrestling for SAP since the beginning when it was called Southern Adirondack Pro.”
There’s a scene from the very first show, “Pilot Light”, highlighting the tag-team match of Geki Nitoh and Jessica Sears versus Johnny Coolbreeze and Johnny Vivacious.
Jessica Sears: “It was Tyberius King who gave me my second chance in the wrestling industry. He presented me with the opportunity to join his independent wrestling company and I ran with it. I took SAP by storm and defeated my opposition. For a long time, I was undefeated in the company and I was one of the most respected wrestlers on the roster.”
There’s a collection of scenarios from the past that display Jessica’s best moments in SAP. All of her victories are highlighted as well, earning her undefeated streak in the company. One of her major victories was the first-ever Halloween Battle Royal where she was dressed up as the female version of Jack Skellington.
Jessica Sears: “It’s true that I was finally defeated at Ascension last year in January. Geki and I failed to win the SAP Tag-Team titles. Geki, himself, defeated me to become the first-ever SAP National Champion, but it was still a perfect ending for the both of us.”
Another scene shows highlights of the SAP Tag-Team Championship match with Sonkei Senshi failing to win the titles, as well as back and forth action between Sonkei Senshi themselves. Geki was victorious and he took the opportunity to propose to Jessica in the middle of the ring.
Jessica Sears: “...but that was my last championship shot in Spirit and Pride Wrestling. This company that I’ve given so blood, sweat, and tears for has transformed before my very eyes. It’s evolved into something bigger, something better, and while I am proud of how great this company has become… certain events in my life emotionally compromised me.”
There’s a series of scenes that play when members of the Hellfire Club severely injured Geki and ended his wrestling career in an instant. Tears fell from Jessica’s eyes as she checked on her husband, helping the medical staff escort him to the back. Another scene highlights the major fight with Jessica Nitoh, Tyberius King, Phoenix Quagliaterre, and Cause & Effect (Gabriel and Xavier Laroux) versus Cole Conners and the Hellfire Club. It was an incredible match that ended with the defenders of SAP celebrating a heartfelt victory. Then a short clip that displayed Jessica’s unrelenting rage towards the drastic changes of the company.
Jessica Sears: “I made an honest mistake and I sincerely apologized. I’m only human, but the authority in charge despise me. Avery Quinn and Marisol Marniceau don’t want me to succeed.”
Shaking her head, Jessica uncrosses her legs and stands up. She overlooks the empty arena and the ring from afar and slowly balls her right hand into a fist.
Jessica Sears: “It has been exactly one year since my last championship match in SAP. Even when I rightfully earned the X title shot two months ago, Avery and Marisol tried to do everything in their power to prevent my match with Andre Holmes from happening. They hate us and they don’t want us to succeed. They try to conspire against us to make our lives miserable. That’s why Victor Mason and I took initiative and made the match official through another authority. I was through with playing their games!”
She turns towards the camera with determination in her eyes.
Jessica Sears: “Finally, I have found my way back to the gold in the Big Apple. New York City is my home. I was born in Queens and I currently reside in Manhattan. My family, my friends, and my fans are here, and I will not let them down. I’m bringing the X Championship HOME!”
The final scene shows in a corner is Andre Holmes in his ring attire warming up for the match as the camera circles around him.
Andre Holmes: “This is my time to prove that I am the greatest SAP X Champion of all time!”
It then turns around to view Jessica Sears in the opposing corner warming up for her match in her own ring attire. These two standing only a few feet away from each other as flashes of cameras taking pictures in the crowd hidden in the dark.
Jessica Sears: “This is my time to prove that I can be a champion again... The SAP X Champion of Justice!”
In the final scene in slow motion, both competitors take off into a charge in the center of the ring. Jessica leaps off the mat for a Superman Punch while Andre attempts a leaping Bicycle Knee. Before they even touch, a visual effect of a flash of light emerges across the screen with the final display of half their faces merged together with the SAP X Championship behind them. Two voices echo.
Andre Holmes & Jessica Sears: “This is what everyone has been waiting for.”

X Championship Match
Andre Holmes vs. Jessica Sears
After the official introductions, Sears and Holmes circled each other, with the larger Holmes getting the advantage off the the tie up. He pulled her over in a snapmare, then locked in a rear chinlock to slow Sears down from the start. Jessica tried to get out of the hold, but Andre found ways to float over his smaller opponent and keep her away from the ropes. However, he couldn’t keep this up for too long. She managed to get enough space to slip out of the hold, float over his back, and drop a double footstomp onto him! The crowd cheers, and Jessica covers, but she only gets two. Now free, Jessica did her best to speed up the pace, trying to knock Andre off balance. She laid into him with european uppercuts, trying to back him up. She succeeded, but after going for a charge Andre stops her with a spinning back elbow, followed by a clothesline that netted him a two count. Living up to his moniker, he kept on Jessica and hit her with a german suplex, followed by a half-and-half. He then went for a DDT, but Jess barely pushed him off. He dropped her with a running forearm, but still only got two!
Andre didn’t lose his cool, coming after Jess with more elbows before whipping her into the ropes and going for a roaring elbow. Jess blocked it though, and landing several elbows of her own. She backed Andre into a corner, then charged in with a big splash that dazed the X champion. She then snapped off with an enziguri that put him on wobbly legs before pulling him into a Tornado DDT that only got two! The crowd began to get heavily into the match as Jess regained control, throwing Andre to the outside. After measuring him up, she leapt off with her “Wings of Kennedy” Asai Moonsault! The crowd cheered on the challenger as she posed for them before getting Andre back into the ring, but she wasn’t able to put him away. She then pulled him into the corner, going up top for the “Silver Moon Shockwave”, but Andre moved out the way. However, Jess seemed to anticipate it, only rotating into the 450 and rolling forward. She ran back to try and stay on Andre, but he dropped her with a HUGE Tilt-a-whirl backbreaker! He covered, but only got two!
Not stopping, he pushed Jess into the corner, and hit his “Dancehall Party” signature that put Sears into a crumpled mess in the corner. He then pulled her out and hit his “Triple Knee Combo” that made him confident enough to go for a pin, but Jess kicked out at two! Andre then decided enough was enough, and after a little bit of theatrics, set her up for his “Thrust Kick” but Jess rolled back; causing Andre to stumble. She then leapt up and him with a HUGE spike DDT! Seeing her opportunity, she pulled Andre to the corner, and then lifted off with the “Silver Moon Shockwave” (630 Senton)! She connected, for the win and the title! After he came to, Andre handed over the X title personally and raised the hand of the new champion.
Winner: Jessica Sears

Backstage, as they prepare for their upcoming matches, a loud, heavy knock on the door of the female locker room startled everyone. The arena aide answered, anything but phased by the large, young man leaning into the door frame.
“This is not your locker room,” she squints through her square-framed glasses.
“I kno’, Pumpkin,” Matthew Gamble replied, holding a cardboard box in his cupped hands, “may I see Celeste?”
“No.”
It didn't take him long to measure her up, she was just plain snobbish and likely shouldn't be trusted with such a heartfelt gesture.
“Why?” because, really; why not?
“She has her own,” the aide pauses, likely on purpose, she stares him directly in his eyes, “sorry, she shares a private locker with CJ Cross.”
“That’a fact?”
“It is,” she glares through him.
“Well,” Gamble hesitates, apprehensive, his face screamed it, but he pretty much begged, “would ya plea-see that she gets these?”
“Sure,” she rolled her eyes, tapping her pen on her clipboard, “I mean, I have absolutely nothing else to do.”
Reluctantly, his hope to personally deliver the gift dashed, he let the cookies slip from the tips of his fingers into her hands.
“Get’em to her, ‘kay?”
Gamble pushes past the aide, leaning his head far into the locker room; though he didn't recognize any of them, he had come this far, and so, he whistled at all of them anyway. Then he winked at the aide and walked away toward the service corridor.

A small "Recorded Earlier" bug appears at the corner of the screen, but it's not really needed; Rachel Redding is standing, alone, in the middle of the completed ring in the Theatre at Madison Square Garden. She paces around the ring, slowly at first as she begins speaking.
Rachel Redding: It should be a formality at this point. It should be me, waiting to see if my challenge for the new, Spirit And Pride Wrestling North American Championship, would come against Brendan Samuels, Jaser Cruz, or Cosmo Cooper. And yet...here we are. Two people, two who had their chance to take this shot from me and failed, through...no fault of my own...get one more chance. Nick Valero, Fujiko Mine, both of them had their chance to take me down, and both didn't get the job done.
She stops, stepping out of the ring and down to the floor, as she continues.
Rachel Redding: Despite what Fujiko and her "propaganda machine with a butt" will tell you, I ended the match against Valero here. Outside the ring, trying to get back in. No matter her claims that I "intentionally" got myself counted out, I ask you this; what would keep Nick from climbing out here, grabbing me, and rolling me back in to try and unseat me as the Great American Champion. He didn't, he failed, game over. That...was not good enough for that hard headed little kid...
Rachel pauses again, pulling herself up onto the apron.
Rachel Redding: So he found himself here; interjecting himself into my match with Fujiko. Distracting her by trying to say he was anything more than he was...a failure. And so, I took an opportunity to tell Nick that. Tell him exactly what I thought of him. That he couldn't control himself, or that Fujiko couldn't have simply...hit him herself, and gotten him off the apron? Those are their problems, not mine. I did my job, I held onto the Great American Championship, I secured my place in the 2018 GAGP, and I secured my spot in the first North American Title match.
Stepping back into the ring, Rachel strolls slowly across the canvas as she speaks.
Rachel Redding: Now, what happened two weeks ago? That...was a statement. One that needed to be made, given it seems like people can't realize their time had come and past. To drop each of them with my Category Two, that was what each of them deserved.
Then, all at once, she stops, mid-ring.
Rachel Redding: Because SAP? This ring? This building? It's my house. It's been my house since I stepped foot in here; the "originals?" They're passe. The johnny-come-latelys? They're here today, they're gone tomorrow. Temporary fixes, like Brandon and Felicity Banks were. Like Annie and Baroness were. I'm the constant. I'm the bridge, both from the small time SAP that was to the present, and from now to the future. No matter what gets put in my path, I have been on a wrecking path since the Grand Prix, and I've taken care of every opponent put in front of me. Tonight, with two opponents that represent those aspects of the company...
She holds out her left hand.
Rachel Redding: Nick Valero, who experienced little success during the promotion's smaller days, and has sputtered with the changing of the times.
Then her right hand.
Rachel Redding: And Fujiko Mine, another "big name" that's been brought in by the Board of Directors, a latecomer in the times where Eli and Genie Carlson, The Pretty Committee, Ashley Maldano, and so many others have already jumped on board the rising ship. And in the middle?
She brings both hands back to the middle, pointing at herself.
Rachel Redding: Rachel Redding. The captain of the ship you two are about to find yourselves kicked off of. Tonight, I'll finish the job I started against each of you individually, that I continued concurrently on both of you. Nobody yet; not Felicity Banks, not Brandon, not Nora Harris, not Luca Di Paolo, and neither of you, has prevented me from fulfilling my destiny of being the first North American Champion. And that doesn't change tonight. It's simply fulfilling the last step, those last obstacles that's been put in my path; a young kid with the head of a brick, and a loud mouth never-will-be that dreams higher than her curves could ever take her.
Rachel steps up to the ropes, looking into the camera as it slowly zooms in on a tight shot of her.
Rachel Redding: Tonight is my starring night, and you're just the supporting cast.
Pause for a moment on her, then cut away.

The opening guitar riffs of “Champion” by Fall Out Boy echo throughout the arena, causing the crowd to break out into cheers.
The lights begin to dim, bringing attention to the sole light, which is right in front of the curtain
The curtain parts, and a figure backs into view of the camera, a hood over their head to mask their identity.
The music drops out for a second, but when it kicks back in, the figure spins around and tosses the hoodie back to reveal Fujiko Mine. The lights come back up, and Fujiko grins and poses. Xena emerges from the back, towering over the smaller Fujiko. The Apex Goddess clutches a microphone as she makes her way to the ring, and her music fades as she raises the microphone to her lips.
Fujiko Mine: Troy…
The crowd cheers on for their city, following that up with a Fujiko chant. She grins widely, soaking in the adulation.
Fujiko Mine: Your goddess has arrived.
Fujiko Mine: And in just a few moments, I am going to get into that ring and fight for the right to be Spirit and Pride’s first ever North American champion. I have to get through Nick Redfield, who decided that he couldn’t hold his temper long enough to let my match with Rachel reach a natural conclusion...and Ms. Redding herself, who decided that she too couldn’t let a match of mine reach a natural conclusion.
The crowd boos them both. Fujiko merely shrugs as she hops onto the apron. Xena pulls herself up alongside her.
Fujiko Mine: That’s okay, it lead to tonight. It lead to this match. I win here, and I am a pinfall or submission away from becoming the first ever North American champion of SAP...but the first ever woman to hold the top championship in SAP.
The crowd buzzes as Fujiko enters the ring.
Fujiko Mine: Not bad for someone that no one cares about, right?
She gives a coy wink, the savvy members of the crowd catching onto her meaning as Xena joins her between the ropes.
Fujiko Mine: Normally, I’d just come out here and do all my talking in the ring. But I wanted to make something very clear tonight, before this match.
Fujiko’s tone turns serious.
Fujiko Mine: I want everyone in the arena know that I want this victory more than Rachel and Nick want to draw their next breath. And I will prove as much when I beat them both tonight. I don’t care about who the self appointed face of the company is, I care about the soon-to-be North American championship. I care about being the one to greet whomever emerges from the National Championship match later on tonight, and then knock them unconscious as well. Nick wants to win because he thinks he should’ve beaten Rachel a few weeks ago. Rachel wants to win because she thinks she’s the best.
Fujiko shakes her head.
Fujiko Mine: I know I am going to win tonight because no one in this company can stop me when I set my sights on what I want. Simple facts. And I will beat them because all of you want me to. You hoped and dreamed that I would come here, and I listened. Phe and I came together to grant that wish for you. And now, you will have a champion that will be here every week, for you. Because without all of you, I wouldn’t be here. You’ve made my dreams come true, so now I vow that I will raise that championship...for you. Let whoever wants to try and devalue me...devalue US…
She toggles her thumb between herself and Xena.
Fujiko Mine: Try. But this is our story now. We’re the heroes, and we’re going to be standing tall at the end of it all. Believe it.
Fujiko smirks, and “Champion” begins again to the cheers of the crowd. She climbs on the turnbuckle, and poses with her arms in the air, and the crowd poses along with her. She then gets down, and waits for her opponents to emerge.
North American Title Shot Match[
Fujiko Mine vs. Rachel Redding vs. Nick Redfield
From the moment the bell rings, Fujiko and Rachel go after each other, hammering at each other’s faces while Nick looks on in surprise! Fujiko begins to get the upper hand, and begins to back the smaller Rachel into the corner. As soon as she does, Nick pulls Fujiko away and begins his own attack on the former Great American champion. He is warned by the ref, and whips her out of the corner, only for her to reverse into a big knee to the midsection from Fujiko. He then turns around to a forearm from Rachel. She slams a few more into his head, dropping him to the mat. Fujiko follows it up with a kick, and glances at Rachel. She then kicks him, followed by Fujiko kicking him even harder to the delight of the crowd. The two play “can you top this” with kicks before Rachel turns on Fujiko and doubles her over with a knee. She runs to the ropes, and goes for the Category 1, But Fujiko executes a beautiful back handspring, evading the move!
Rachel stumbles from the miss, but then tumbles out of the way as Fujiko tosses out the Lucky Shot, which barely misses! Fujiko smirks upon landing, to the delight of the crowd. She is blindsided by a vengeful Nick Redfield, and he pummels on the Apex Goddess before turning his attention to Rachel. She tries to get up to go on the offensive, but Nick picks her up and drops her across his knee. He then pushes down on her neck, trying to get her to submit. She refuses, so Nick turns her onto her stomach, and then locks in a camel clutch! She refuses to give up, so Nick releases the hold to drop some elbows on her back, weakening the #1 contender’s back more. He goes for the cover, but only gets two. He then turns his attention back to Fujiko, tossing her into the corner. He then turns her upside down, trapping her in the tree of woe, before Burying the Hatchet! The crowd applauds the move, to Redfield’s delight. He goes for a cover, but only gets two! He turns back to Rachel, this time looking like he wants to put the match away. He tosses her overhead with a belly to belly, and then grabs her up for “Your Swan Song”, but Rachel fights him on the lift. She then kicks him in the knee, and pulls off a short DDT! She covers, but Fujiko breaks up the pin! Nick rolls from the ring, trying to recover.
Rachel scrambles to her feet, avoiding an attack from Fujiko, and rebounds with the Category 1 (V-trigger) She goes for the cover, and gets the thr-NO! Fujiko kicks out at 2.9! Rachel sits up shocked, but the referee assures her it was two! She pulls Fujiko back to her feet, and hits ANOTHER Category 1! She covers again, but AGAIN Fujiko kicks out! The crowd is on their feet as Rachel roughly grabs the referee, but he says 2! Incensed, Rachel turns her attention to the returning Redfield and drops him with an Enziguri, and then pulls him up. She hits him with the Category 1, and he drops to the mat. However, she's not done. She pulls Fujiko up, ready to put her away once and for all! She comes off the ropes, but Fujiko launches and KO’s Rachel with the Lucky shot! Rachel snaps back, and lands on Nick Redfield like a falling redwood! Fujiko tries to shake the cobwebs and recover after the desperation move, but the referee starts to count. Fujiko makes a desperate leap and gets an arm over the stomach of Rachel and the ref starts a new count! The crowd counts along as the ref hits the mat 1, 2, 3!
Winner: Fujiko Mine

For the first time we see Cosmo Cooper alone. Michael Kelly isn’t with him, none of his usual crew of Leela, Quinn Castillo or Trevor Miller is there. It’s just Cosmo, sitting on an equipment box. A green beanie is pulled over his long hair as both of his hands and interlocked between his legs as he stares at one spot between his legs.
Cosmo Cooper: You know, I take this shit seriously. It weighs on me. I can smile and, and pretend everything is fine. But being put in these situations weighs on me. One of the biggest wrestling cities in the world. SAP running a two night event, and having matches on both nights is just… psh. It’s insane. I’ve respected SAP for quite some time. I said I wanted to wrestle here, but I didn’t know it was going to come to this. A lot of these companies come to me for bookings, I came to SAP… and that’s why it’s so special to me to be in this National Championship match, win or lose.
He pulled the boggin off of his head and wadded it up and tossed it to the side with a few nods, he was in the zone.
Cosmo Cooper: I know Brendan has done a lot of that National Championship—but he hasn’t done enough. I know Cruz wants to be champion so he can do more with that title than Brendan did, but let me tell everyone watching something. The wrestlers, the management, the fans. There isn’t one mother fucker in that locker room that can carry this championship like I can. I don’t see Samuels or Cruz going to Japan to wrestle Dom Harter. I don’t need the two of them going to 4CW and winning tag titles. I don’t see them being male of the year in CWC. I don’t see them being one of the longest reigning champions in the CWC. No, what I see is a few guys who are comfortable where they are, they’re comfortable in SAP but that’s OKAY. But let me tell you what SAP is going to get if that title comes home to me.
Cosmo motioned around his waist a few times.
Cosmo Cooper: The National Championship is going to be worn in Japan, it’s going to be worn on 4CW television, it’s going to be worn in CWC who is approaching its year anniversary. Samuels, Cruz. I don’t sit here and talk trash about how I am going to hurt you, or how I’m going to put you in a grave—I’m not. But what I will do is be the better wrestler, be the better competitor, and be the better representative than SAP needs. I don’t take it for granted I am in this spot over other wrestlers. I’m going to make the most of it. And I’m going to walk out as your National Champion.”
With a smirk, he nodded, picked up his beanie and pushed himself up from the equipment box and bounced around a few times before he gave the camera a nod and walked off.

Eli & Genevie Carlson vs. CJ Cross & Celeste
The crowd was hyped for this one as the bell rang. CJ was very eager to get into the ring with Eli who looked at Cross like he was a joke. Cross isn’t taking it and goes right after Eli, throwing rights and lefts and backing him up into a corner. Eli fires a few shots to the gut and then wraps up CJ delivering an inverted Russian leg sweep into the corner. Cross looks dazed for a moment as Eli pulls him out for a cover but only gets two. Eli lands a suplex and then goes for a knee drop but Cross rolls out of the way. CJ gets to his feet and goes for a dropkick but Eli side steps it and then leaps into the air and connects with an elbow drop onto the back of CJ’s head. Eli pulls CJ over to his corner and tags in Genie. She quickly props him up and drives a knee into his back and pulls back on his chin. CJ looks to have it in a rough spot and is about to reach for the ropes when Genevie breaks the hold and pulls him out to the middle of the ring by his arms. Cross thinks quick and shoots his legs up so that they hook under the arms of Genie and rolls forward putting her in a modified prawn hold. The referee goes to count but Carlson kicks out at 2. Cross gets free and makes the tag in to Celeste. Celeste comes in and quickly places Genevie in a headlock. Genie pops a few elbows into the back of Celeste and shoved her off into the ropes, Celeste rebounded and hit Genie with a sling blade. Celeste tried to keep up the momentum by attempting a brainbuster but Genevie slid down her back and connected with a German suplex. She held the bridge but Celeste kicked out at two. The two got back up and Genie threw an elbow and Celeste returned the favor. The two exchanged a few strikes before Celeste caught Genevie with a surprise roundhouse kick that sent her to the mat. Celeste made the tag into CJ. CJ quickly entered the ring and placed Genevie in a Boston crab. Carlson yelled out in pain which caused Eli to enter the ring and break he hold. Celeste then entered the ring to combat Eli. The two went back and forth before they spilled to the outside. Eli slammed Celeste back first onto the apron and then climbed up onto it where CJ caught him with a dropkick that sent him back to the floor. The crowd was cheering as CJ looked to the ropes and then looked at Eli on the outside. Cross darted for the ropes, as he started to lean for a suicide dive Genevie showed up out of nowhere and caught him with “Stiletto Kiss” (curb stomp). Genevie made the cover while Eli held onto Celeste on the outside allowing them to get the three count.
Winners: Eli & Genevie Carlson

National Championship Match
Brendan Samuels vs. Cosmo Cooper vs. Jaser Cruz
As soon as the bell rang the fans gave an immediate chant for their National Champion, HIS NAME IS BRENDAN rolling across the rowdy crowd. Cosmo tips his head a little as a chuckle breaks free and then all three men explode into action all at once. Cosmo takes a quick shot at Brendan’s midsection with a clubbing blow, and he dodged at the last second as in came Jaser with a Roundhouse Kick Combo that knocked Samuels back into the ropes but left Cruz wide open for Cooper’s exciting O’Connor Roll German Suplex Toss, a mild COOPER COOPER chant going up as Cosmo tried for a pin, though the count was broken at two and a half by a mostly recovered Brendan, and the match went on. Cooper stayed sharp and focused, picking up another pin attempt on a recovered Cruz with a quick Gator Roll, and when Brendan broke it up he caught him with an Inside Cradle! Samuels broke free with a vibrant laugh and he and Cooper duked it out a bit, Cosmo’s stiff strikes had good effect but Jaser crashed into the pair and found himself on the wrong end of an Immram Buster from Brendan, the Slingshot Brainbuster knocking him down and out.
Brendan caught Cosmo with a Fisherman’s Suplex and then attempted a follow up with his Poseidon’s Trident, the Pointed Double Elbow Drop aimed right for his heart to try and wrap up the match but at the last second Cooper moved and only caught part of the impact. Both men rolled around on the mat after and Jaser attempted to pick up a pin off either but both kicked out strongly before two and didn’t appreciate his efforts to win as they both got to their feet about the same time, nodded to each other and gave Jaser a few really stiff stereo shots to the face! Down Jaser went in a heap and then Cosmo and Brendan sought to one up each other, trading off strikes and kicks as the fans showed their appreciation with cheers and chants. Cosmo broke the rotation as he got Brendan up for a Belly to Belly Overhead Suplex, taking him down to the mat with a BANG! Fired up again Cooper goes for a Crater Maker, pulling Samuels up for a Tombstone Piledriver, but as he flexed his legs to jump Jaser came to wreck the party with a Kaio-Ken Dropkick right to Cosmo’s upper back, causing him to drop the Kraken!
Cosmo arched his back but stayed on his feet, he whipped around and absorbed a Discus Forearm Smash from a fired up Cruz, reeling but again he stayed on his feet! Jaser went for a Lou Thesz Press then but ate a huge Forearm Smash from Cosmo for his efforts. Cosmo set him up on the top turnbuckle as Jaser is noodle-legged, and then went up after him, picking him up for a Deadlift German Suplex when sudden audience cheers and a yelp of surprise from Cooper reveal that Brendan Samuels has recovered and he’s up under both men, pushing up with his legs and they all topple backwards in a huge Superplex! All three men are laid out and groaned as they tried to recover from the fall, the referee even started a count but all of them stir or sit up in time and the count is stopped. Of the three Brendan was first recovered even though he was clearly still feeling it, and he levered to his feet as Cosmo rolled to the ropes and started to use them to get to his feet. Brendan grabbed Jaser up and pulled him into a Millennium Suplex, the Mac Lir! He quickly floated over for the pin, making it to three just before Cosmo dove to break the pin.
Winner: Brendan Samuels

_________________________________________
The opening guitar riffs of “Champion” by Fall Out Boy echo throughout the arena, causing the crowd to break out into cheers.
“Champion, champion…”
The lights begin to dim, bringing attention to the sole light, which is right in front of the curtain
“I’m calling you…
….from the future….
...To let you know we’ve made a mistake…”
….from the future….
...To let you know we’ve made a mistake…”
The curtain parts, and a figure backs into view of the camera, a hood over their head to mask their identity.
“And there’s a fog from the past that’s giving me…
...giving me…
….such a headache…”
...giving me…
….such a headache…”
“FU-JI-KO!”
“FU-JI-KO!”
“FU-JI-KO!”
“FU-JI-KO!”
“FU-JI-KO!”
She lets the crowd chanting her name swell her ego a little bit before she continues.
